Sure, buy some tires. Check out one of the many threads asking about tires.

Aside from that, upgrade when things break or become noticeably problematic. If it's not bothering you, no reason to throw money at it.

Put your front brake back on.

The listed tires are not horrible.

This: "Freewheel Dicta 16T"
Will leave you stranded.

Ultra Sports are the worst tires I've ever used, personally.

Sweet another knoa paddywagon owner!
For starters, you want to get your front brake back and lose the rear.
As mentioned above tires have to go. Also, the yellow wheelset would get obnoxious after awhile, you might want to use aircraft paint stripper to remove the paint (yes it is paint, easy) when it does.
The stock WTB saddle may be comfortable for shorter rides but it's too soft for longer rides. The stock seatpost collar is very cheap and wasn't designed to last and will wear out when the threads give out eventually after repeated adjustments. Also the stock kona stem is butt ugly.

Agreed, when I bought mine back in '09 I never rode them aside from the test ride.

Here's my daily commuter:

All of this ^

Just bought a paddywagon myself
Those tires are not the worst thing ive ever ridden on but they suck, and yea my seatpost collar stripped before i even got to ride it, and i was barely using any force. The only other thing that im changing is the front chainring to 46t, but that just personal preference. Other than that, just go with the "upgrade stuff when it breaks" route. Personally i like the yellow, but im a fan of obnoxiously bright color schemes lol. As you can see from my paddywagon, AKA "Nanna Puddin" lol:

I actually like my colors..Teal and Orange ...... I see I did say I removed the front brake... my bad, I interpret my brain waves wrong...I removed the rear.

Ill take heed on what you paddy riders say wear first and start looking a new now... coming from mountain bikes, I still have not grown to trust my wheels/tires... those darn things are just so thin...

Ill try and post a pic soon, my new Pc comes tomorrow...

cheers all

It's a 2010 model then silly. ;)

Blue & black (1st gen) = 2007
Grey & yellow = 2008 (black wheelset)/2009 (yellow wheelset)
Teal & Orange = 2010
Black & white = 2011/2012
Raw & gold = 2013 -
