Today I went on my first ride in months. It's going to take a lot of time to get back in shape.

Today I found out that I will most likely be authoring a state legislative bill for bike advocacy. This is both profoundly exciting and terrifying at the same time.

Today on my commute home I got my first puncture since going tubeless.
I had to pull over to re-air. It was the worst.

Still kicking.
That is why you always carry a spare tube, even when you run tubeless.
Today I put in 66 miles, in which I dodged a right hook and avoided getting hit by a driver turning left. Happened in the same intersection I got hit in back in August.

Today I realized how long its been since I last logged into the forums. Holy ****. School and work really ruin the life of riding bikes and then sitting on the internet talking about bikes.

Still kicking.
Was starting to wonder....

It pays to ride your bike
So today I was riding my bike in my hood when a truck pulls out in front of me and turns right burning rubber and giving the finger as he sped off down the road. As he did so I heard a clank on the road and saw a very nice Made in Usa Craftsman 3/4" combination wrench. It's much nicer than my cheap Indian wrench for sure, and proof positive that there is a God.
