Did you mean 650c ? I don't see 650b wheels listed on the Wabi website.

Why would you want to use 650c wheels on your Steamroller. They have a much smaller diameter, and you would need longer reach brake calipers. Also, they are narrow rims and tires. I could see the rationale of using 650b wheels, because they are wide rims and tires, and you could go really fat.

Well, sh-t. You're right. Ive been sleeping horribly the last few days so my mind isn't quite all there. This idea is for a second SR that i have which I don't have a set of brakes / wheelset for just yet. Thinking of doing a fatter tire gravel SS bike with a flat bar setup.

^^ Nice.

Today I did 32 miles, shaved one second off my time on a sprint segment at the end of my route. Three more seconds until KOM.

It wasn't today but last night I got the frame I got off eBay in 72 super sport. I went through getting my Sierra all powder coated for it not to work out like I wanted so I went and got this frame. I got the headset and cups for the bb out. I'm going to leave it ugly and clear coat it as is and put all the new components I got for it on

With the exception of a few times on rollers, today I rode for the first time since Thanksgiving when I got bronchitis.

Really, really didn't want to get out of bed but I dragged myself out a little before sunrise. Poked along slowly without lights for the first few miles. The full moon setting in the western sky helped a little bit until the sun rose.

So glad I did. What a super nice morning.

Yesterday afternoon two jock-type dudes walked into the shop and I looked up from the wheel I was building to say "Hey, how's it going guys?", to which I got no response. After a few minutes of looking around one said to the other, "I could never ride a bike like this." and the other responds, "Yeah, I hate fixies."

I just let out an audible sigh/groan and went back to what I was doing.

Also. Today I wrecked. I was tired and rushing to work bumped off a curb didn't realize a gutter was there. Again I was tired and not paying the best attention. All my fault, but bumped off it caught the front tire and the bike bucked up and tossed me over. I hit my chin but me and the bike seem to be unharmed. I tossed my brakes out of adjustment but I can get that back straight once I get out of work. The wheel seems straight still. I'll asses it more after work

It is a very beautiful and ancient Christian symbol.

The smaller, horizontal piece represents the sign placed on the top of the cross which read, "Jesus, King of the Jews" while the infinity symbol represents "The God who is, who was and who is to come."

I think it is from the 12th century.
