Steep quill stem

Hi all, I just bought my friends beater bike from him. I want to put a steeper quill stem on it, but am not sure what to get or even how to search for it. Anything you guys recommend? I mean something really steep.

Like a riser stem? Kalloy makes a decent one for $15:

Not the prettiest, but it'll go as steep as you want.
