Fixed gear bike specs - what are your thoughts on mine?

So basically I'm getting a bike made and want to know what you guys think (any major things I should change?)

You're specifying triple butted tubing then going for 42mm deep V wheels? And you're only general with your tubing specs. Mate, Columbus Zona, which is double butted and hence not up to your specs, is expensive enough and all you're going to need unless racing. I'd also suggest you're wasting your money by specifying high end tubing without going for a custom build.

What I'm saying is, think a little deeper about the realities of building this bike and no, I'm not one of the "build it cheap" types that frequent this forum, my Hillbrick is a custom build that cost me $3,500 - she's my daily ride btw, not a toy, but I'm able to park her inside where I work. My tip is to choose your frame builder and go from there, the rest is irrelevant if the frame isn't right.

Wtf*** are you specifying Quando hubs? Those things give garbage a bad name. Forget those daft deep rims and rubbish hubs, buy a set of Miche Express wheels and relax knowing you've got light, strong, quality wheels ... or get Scrod to build you something.

This is from a builder/factory in China/Taiwan right (probably from Alibaba)? Ive seen these spreadsheets plenty of times before... That explains the Lasco, Radius, Quando components. If you do go with something like that, be careful with bait and switch and make sure they arent trying to give you a 48cm...
