Seat post for an early 80s Fuji

I am in the final stages of building my fixie and need to order a few more things. I need a seatpost for an early 80s Fuji Special Tourer. Any body know what size it takes?

Thanks.

according to sheldon they're all 26.8 http://www.sheldonbrown.com/seatpost_sizes.html#f

Cool Thanks.

OT. My early '80s Miyata came with a 26.7 seatpost... go figure.

weird, was that the right size, or did they just have the wrong post in there?

26.6 or 26.4 based on experience.
pretty much destroyed a 26.8 trying to get it in there. don't believe sheldon's lies.
currently using 26.4 but 26.6 would probably work as the 26.4 slides in pretty easy with the collar loosened.

The bike was bone stock and the post fit perfectly. It's even stamped 26.7.
I can't even sell it. The post I replaced it with is 26.6 and it too fits perfectly.

that's really weird...

My 80's Fuji Allegro takes 26.6.
