Strada Pro by Strada Customs? Anyone try it?

Hello all! I have searched high and low for reviews on this bicycle. Maybe I am not good at searching. Does anyone have experience, knowledge, or/and ownership of the Strada Pro track bike? I know this is discounted because it's last year's model. Or if you can point me into the right direction that is also appreciated. I have attached the photos from the website. This is what is the description on the website:

I'd buy it if it said "Strava" instead.

I don't even know where to start. Bar angle, chain too tight, possible flat front tire, who lets this stuff get past the initial set up?

Well, the Deep V rims aren't 'lightweight' though not necessarily boat anchors. No brand? Oh, generic then, so you don't really know much about them.
Those handlebars are not only adjusted badly, they're a horrible shape but maybe you like them.
Saddle - I don't know it but you'll be riding it with padded pants because it won't be comfy after a quarter hour or so if you're not.
Those brake levers might look cool and be easy to remove if you have suicidal tendencies, but you'll find that having brake levers in the tradition road position (ie, hoods) will make for more comfortable riding ... again, personal choices.
And the bike is pretending to be something it's not (a pukka track bike)

Look mate, it's up to you. If that's a genuine discount (and check that), it's probably reasonable value for the item as is, but for personal value, you need to factor in what you need to change to suit you. You'll only look like a dick if you set it up like a dick and then ride it like one. Set it up like a nice bike, practice in secret and then ride it well, and the whole package will look cool.

It's a VISP with press on vinyl decals and a tin can badge....

It looks like they use some of the same tubes found on the older Leader 725 (basically all but the top/head tubes), as well as the same dropouts as pre-2013 models.

It's probably not a bad complete bike for $569.
