SE Lager Question

I have been building a 2009 SE Lager (The white model) for the past few months off and on. I'd like to upgrade the crank set / bottom bracket. I am not near the bike so I can't remove the BB to see what the size is. I tried a search here but was not successful. Any of the specs I have pulled up online say Euro Cartridge Sealed Bearing. Any help anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated!

should be your standard 68mm english thread bb.

68mm shell but the spindle type and length should be determined by which new crankset is being used.

Thanks for the replies. I'm looking at a Sugino RD2 Messenger crank. I have never run one before and wasn't sure if they require a longer spindle than what comes stock on the Lager. I believe it currently has a no-name crank (whatever comes stock on it). I'm not sure of the current spindle length.

You'll need a BB with a 103mm JIS spindle. The Sugino Messenger is one of the only cranksets using that configuration so it's safe to assume you'll need a new BB.
