Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Not sure what the heck this thing is:
Cinelli Willin Bicycle Black M Carbon Aerospoke Wheels 700c Road Bike

A geared cinelli that has been converted to FG?

Looks like a roadie frameset circa 2008-ish that was built up at some point as FG:

The rockin' new Willin' frame gets its name from the song by 1970's rock band, Little Feet, and promises to deliver an equally powerful kick with its Columbus SL unidirectional carbon fiber and semi-monocoque construction . The frame is only available in four sizes, but wears a more aggressively compact geometry (the top tube slopes between 8-14°) that Cinelli hopes will fit a wide range of rider measurements, as well as capabilities and budgets. Morganti noted that entry-level customers can choose a more affordable selection of componentry to ease the cost of entry of their first Cinelli, while more experienced and well-heeled riders could take the best the industry has to offer and walk away with a competitive machine.

So on something like that, you would need to run a chain tensioner correct? I am pretty sure that in one of the pictures, you can see the derailleur hanger.

I didn't know that "Little Feet" (it's "Feat" actually) delivered "powerful kicks"...

Stay on the "nice" list 'till then, at least!

And post post-holiday pics when in your possession....they pulled the ad, so I can't drool.

Yeah I can't wait to "unwrap" it, haha..

Those fenders are useless. Is this just some sort of fashion marketing type thing, like when VW puts their name on a guitar, or a bike?

New Haven:

Bottecchia Single Speed/Fixie Columbus SL 58cm

Not a great-looking bike in its current form, but I think it has potential to be an interesting rain/commuter bike.
