My Venge is my newest bike, and I am going into my first winter with her. So, I am looking at some 25 or 28 Armidillos tires. Plus, I am looking at chaning the gearing to make the hills easier, given there are a few hills around me
This bike even gets the honor of staying in my workout room. Roadies are offended by my clips and stem angle, but 30 something years of martial arts beat the crud out of my knees and a broken and fused neck impacts my neck angles. These mods make the bike work well for me.

I wouldn't ride the Venge in the rain on purpose. Get a beater with fenders and ride the hell out of that. At that point, crappy tires are fine on a crappy bike.

I have my commuter that gets ridden no matter the weather. However, living in Seattle and working too much, my riding window makes it such that the Venge must be ridden at times in the rain. Oddly enough, the Langster virtually never sees rain.

Just built this up for longer gravel/adventure rides. Now the Poprad is back in race mode. Soma Double Cross Disk

The indyfab sans touring regalia. Still a very fun and comfortable bike to ride around town.
