Help converting to single speed. Cogs and Spacers for Shimano WH-6800 10 speed wheel?

Hi I am trying to convert my bike to a single speed. I currently am using a Simeon ultegra wh-6800 wheel set whose hub only accepts 10 and 11 speed cassettes. I was wondering if it would be possible to make this wheel set single speed? All my searches come up with only old vintage 10 speed conversions. None of the modern rear 10-11 speed only rear wheel hubs. Thanks in advance for the info!

That's one route.
For the fiscally challenged (ie, tight bastards), you can use PVC piping or pull apart some old cassettes to get the spacers.
