Looking at a 2013 Raleigh Rush Hour on Craigslist.....
 

He's asking $300 for it. Is this a good buy or should I see if he will knock the price down?

It's a good deal if it fits. Buying a bike that doesn't fit because of price is never good. Assuming it's in good condition that's fair price but still worth negotiating

FWIW I sold a 2008 Rush Hour for 325 fairly easily.

I loved mine and would recommend it to anyone for a entry level steel bike.
