hipster I understand, but if anyone is calling you a juggalo than you are one. I don't know how you get mistaken for a juggalo

The Phauxland hipsters I see here on the coast wear more metal on their face than their bike, have abundant and severely trimmed facial hair, still wear funny hats, skinny jeans, and are polite and harmless.

I enjoy how juggalos made it into the mix.

I honestly don't know what a hipster is, I just know what the stereotype is.

A friend said to me "Hipsters act like dorks because it's 'ironic', you act like a dork because you are one."

that word just needs to stop. anyone with any sort of interests/styles/music taste/etc outside of the football/blue-jeans-and-t-shirt-look/and classic rock or pop music gets called a hipster, it doesn't even mean anything anymore. i'm pretty close to the standard definition of hipster i guess. i ride fg, i have blue hair, i like 80s hardcore, black metal, emo, folk-punk, i skate, i'm vegan, i wear cutoff shorts and weird t-shirts, i'm an anarchist, i have a chrome bag, and a vinyl collection, shoe lace belt and black bold framed glasses. go ahead, call me a hipster. it's like the least interesting thing you could try and insult me with. hipster is up in the boring pointless insults with gay, like please come up with something more challenging.

A woman in my office told me "I like your hipster socks". They were argyle dress socks from Macys...

I liked before when you could refer to emo as a derivative of punk and not some kid who shops at hot topic.

Pretty much. I'm a hipster in some respects but not all. No facial hair, no tats, but I like flannel and ride a fixie if it's the right tool for the job. I like my coffee plain, thanks. I don't know everything about craft beers but I like them.
