Profile cranks on a fixed?

Tried looking around for quite some time for information to try and fit some bmx cranks on my Pista.. Now that I am trading that in for a frame with a english BB, I can't really find any info on getting some 165mm Profile cranks on a non-italian BB.

Any experience or suggestions?
