Ahoy So Cal (dupe thread)
Posting in multiple forums to maybe hopefully avoid less hassle *
So I'd like to spend a week away from home, cruising beaches and woodland of southern California. I'm prepared to do the dirty stealth camp as with my trip riding to Chicago, though I'd prefer a roof over my head at night. I've looked up couch surfing which seems to be a lot of folk that would frown upon my humble adventure. I only plan to spend the sun light hours exploring as much as I can on my trusty bicycle, but would gladly accept any couch or even floor/laundry room/etc. I can offer beers, good eats, that sort of thing if anyone is able to help me avoid the ever risky bivy route.
