PEKOPD Russian Record Bikes

I'm part of a FGFS Sale/Trade Group on FB and this guy is selling these Russian Track Frames. One of my co workers is Serbian and says the writing on the frame says record.

Anyone know anything else about these? He's selling them for $100 each, pretty neat.

This is what he wrote:

selling new track frame Soviet production
of more than 80 pieces is the last part from our factory
bottom bracket BSA standard size 58 * 58
seatpost tube 25.4 mm
frame made of Soviet cr-mo tubes
price 100$ one frame 86$ two and more
frames are in Ukraine
provided photographs of what has already been sold
There are some chips and scratches in the paper frame hanging on the the factory yet and there is no thread in the bottom bracket unit
Now in all the frames have thread
on all questions a personal message

Man, I still sometimes miss that bike, it was a blast to ride. Downside was I couldn't find a HS to fit, and the one that @Scrodzilla shimmed in there kept going wonky on me. I got mine for about the same price after drunkenly buying it on eBay. Beautiful lugs tho.

It does indeed say record in cyrillic. I would absolutely love to own one of those, looks like they're all a tad large for me though

It is a starting-level track frame. Cheap and sturdy if maintained accordingly. A lot of cheap custom builds are usually assembled using this frame. If you want a real beauty check Takhion frames. Same factory but a way-better level.

UPD: they trade at about 3k rub or 70-80$ per frame.
