Second Annual Pedals and Blooms Bike Tour
The second annual Pedals and Blooms Bike Tour will be held on Saturday, April 15, beginning at 8:00 a.m. at the Dyer County Fairgrounds in Dyersburg, Tennessee, approximately 75 miles northeast of Memphis. The event features rides of 65, 30, and 20 miles and visits a number of Dyer County's unique and picturesque communities. This is a well-organized ride through level to moderately rolling rural terrain with ample water stations and plentiful refreshments. Proceeds benefit the Dyer County Community Cancer Fund. Plus, one lucky participant will win the 1960s vintage Hiawatha Starliner 26-inch women's bike in it's original metallic magenta. (It oozes retro-cool!) Register in advance at racesonline.com - $30. Day of ride registration is $35.
