Multi-day supported rides - Suggesions?

Just got through with my first "NC Mountains to Coast Ride." Fantastic, very well organized, ran into many repeat cyclists, a first class event! Heard good things about "BraG" (Bike Ride Across Georgia). Any other suggestions or feedback about those two?

Bicycle Ride Across Tennessee (BRAT) has always been on my list. It's a little different from BRAG (26 times doing BRAG). BRAT is centered around state parks and goes from one state park to another state park. Tennessee has good roads, fantastic scenery, and wonderful state parks, I teach and it's in the fall so I've never been able to do it. But I will one day.
AMBA, Alabama's Magnificent Bicycle Adventure is another ride on my "to do" list. It's out of Huntsville everyday which makes the logistics much easier. I've done a fair bit of riding in North East Alabama and I know the riding is top notch.

The BRAT is very well supported. Food is generally pretty good and lots of it. Nice places to camp and usually a shower truck. TN is diverse geographically so different riding depending. This year it's in Middle TN, so rolling hills.
