Your post was a bit vague. Are you looking for groups or are you new to the area and want to know about routes? Or about events?
USA Cycling has fondos listed for our area also. Otherwise Carolinas Cycling Association and Cycles de Oro lists lots of events.
For routes near Raleigh? Tons of greenway, some fragmented but still neat. Plenty of groups (list below, search Google and Facebook for them).

Rides in Raleigh:
Gyros has a calendar
Team on Draft Tue/Th night, 6:00pm. Tue at Raleigh Brewing and Thu at Bottle Rev by Rex.....starts up when time changes

Most folks ride out by Falls Lake, down east towards Clayton or south of Garner, out by Jordan lake. Just find those groups I posted and email folks about routes and rides. They know well.
