GameDay Metric Tour, Pitt vs UVa, Charlottesville, VA Oct. 4, 2014
Join us for the inaugural GameDay Metric Tour™ being held Oct. 4, 2014 in Charlottesville, VA the morning of the Pitt vs UVa football game. GameDay Metric Tour™ is a USA Cycling permitted charity tour that features two routes, a 35 and 63 mile route. Snacks will be available at the start, rest stops, and concludes with tailgate festivities!! The tour raises funds for each school’s local alumni/club and non-profit foundations scholarship funds.
The tour will begin just northeast of Charlottesville and pass through the rolling scenic rural landscapes in Albemarle and Orange counties. Can you think of a better way to show your team spirit as you get ready for the big game while enjoying pristine views of rolling landscapes, fall foliage, and the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains on a crisp fall morning?

I lived out Route 20 when I was in business school. May have even run past that [start point] school a time or two.
