"Halloween" Critical Mass

Likely THE most FUN Mass ride of the year. Dress yourself and your bike up and come out while we are still in that sweet spot weather. I would say I'd love to see some of you out there, but since I don't actually know any of you, I may already be doing so.

Atlanta Mass, by the way...thx making

I wish that thing started out earlier. 6:45 roll out is way too dark for Atlanta. I did several rides and it has indeed been fun, but it was all during the daytime.

I have NEVER seen that ride leave at 6:45....it's more like 7:15 when everyone impatiently starts ringing bells to go.

For the Halloween ride, lighting is rarely a problem with all the decorative and service lights on (hopefully yours) and others bikes.

Those times must have been during mid summer with longer days. In any case, I will be there on my Schwinnster, just not decorated, lol..If you see me say hi.

Already waving and ringing bell "happy Friday".

Neither me nor the bike will be decorated either. I didn't order the goodies I wanted to use till too late....unless they happen to come in today.

I'll be down un-costumed, so if you see drop bars, fat 650bs and fenders; come give me crap about my opinions in person

Was a fun ride, if a bit slow and short. Don't know who was in charge this time, but my friend from Florida appreciated the frequent stops.

All the rides are typically that slow. Lots of stops and rests, but what can you expect running through a second worse City in the USA in terms of traffic with 300+ cyclists.

I had fun as well, Unfortunately, I did not see anybody. I even lost my friends half a dozen times in the mess.

By the averages on my Garmin, this ride was solidly slower than what has been happening since around May/June. I would take a guess that Amel wasn't on the front this ride. Mostly been seeing moving averages over 13 this year as a whole...this ride was much more "Mobile Social" like at 9. Admittedly though, this was my first ride hanging off the back, and I know it's much slower than the front back there.
