My favorite, when I lived in Orlando, was Orange Cycle.

David's World Cycle and Glory Cycles are the two best "roadie" shops. Both are run by former top-notch racers.

I would agree with YMCA - I lived in O-town for the majority of my life and "Big-Daddy" Dave Sanborn of David's World Cycle hires super guys with tons of knowledge. https://davidsworld.com/index.cfm

The newest one in Orlando (Oviedo/Winter Springs area) is Adventure Cycling. Open about a year and carry Felt, Marin, and Bianchi. Also, they are the only shop in Orlando that has a measurement scanning platform for bike fitting.
