Trying to get back into riding after a bad crash last June. Having a hard time getting over the mental block of being in traffic again but working on it. :) Did 13 miles with 600+ feet of climbing in rolling hills of KY.

I didn’t ride today but I did maintenance on three bikes so I can ride tomorrow!

I've been riding 10% of the Tour De France daily stage mileage. Which for me is easy and hard. As I've aged I find it really hard to pedal out of the saddle for very long.

2nd ride on new road bike today. First time road biking. I discovered a guilty pleasure of bunny hopping over obstacles. Ooops.
