Courteous Mass Atlanta - July 11, 2008
On Friday, July 11, cyclists will meet at Woodruff Park for a different kind of mass - Courteous Mass. Courteous Mass differs from Critical Mass in that it follows a planned route and all traffic laws. Courteous Mass is intended to demonstrate support for better bike facilities and safer traffic conditions, and is also a great opportunity for less-experienced cyclists to try riding on the streets and to just have fun. If you believe in a balanced transportation policy, join us!

Leave @ 6:30 PM
- Ride two abreast in the right lane on 4-5 lane roads
- Ride single file in the right lane on 2-3 lane roads so as not to interfere with traffic flow.
- Please allow faster cyclists ahead of you so they are not stuck behind during single-file stretches.
- And as always, be courteous!

I'm up in Kennesaw till 4:30pm. I would be interested in coming but CCT doesn't seem to have a forgiving schedule to get me home. Seems to counter the point to drive down.
