Does anyone know of a shop or individual in NC that will strip and repaint a bike?

That's the question. Any suggestions are appreciated!
EDIT: I mean strip the paint off the bike, of course.

I had Jack Kane in Jacksonville do my Ron Cooper. I thought he did a competent job, but he did put different era 531 decals on even though the original decal was visible before he stripped the frame. There was also some confusion over whether the bike was ready or not. I believe part of the problem was my own poor communication. Brian Bayliss noticed a drip when he looked at the frame at the Cirque du Cyclisme in 2007. Since I live some distance away in Monroe, if it were to do over again, I would probably pack and ship the frame elsewhere.
