Group to Ride with in Orlando Area

Hey guys I would use some help finding a group to ride with in the Orlando, FL area. I am actually staying in the Davenport area but Orlando is close enough. I ride with a fairly casual group in IN, so I would like something casual but still intense. If I had to say how fast I usually ride I would say 17-20 mph for 20-50 mi. Any Help would be great!

Oh I will only be in the area March 19-22.

In Orlando contact the Florida Freewheelers, but in Davenport check with the Bike Shop in Winter Haven near Cypress Gardens. There are groups riding in that area but other than the folks at that Bike shop I don't know how to contact them. About 35-40 miles south of Davenport we have group rides in Sebring nearly every morning check out "Bike Sebring" at Yahoo groups

Check out Space Coast Freewheelers. You can visit Cocoa Beach, and try our Saturday River Road ride on the 21st. It's 30 miles, about 16 mph, great group, and a beautiful ride. It's about 60 miles from Davenport.

There is also a Mt. Dora ride on that page for Sunday-- 21, 45, or 63 miles. Mt Dora is around 50 miles away; lots of hills there. Have fun, whatever you pick. The weather is awesome here right now.

The Freewheelers tend to do most of their rides at ride starts in Mount Dora, Lake Helen, Lake Mary and Winter Garden. You can check the web site.
