Where To Ride In Southern States?

Having to move to southern region of country soon...gulf coast states area. Specific state is not determined yet and I have some input (job move). Anyone recommend clubs, tours, routes etc?

You are asking for advice on where to ride in a region 1/5 the size of the US and aren't even decided which part of it you are going to yet.

Perhaps a bit more detail is in order?

The internet and forums have made people LAZY.

I guess it is just too hard to do a little search / research for oneself regarding clubs, etc. in various states before posting, asking for input on specific places, issues, etc..

On the other hand, we could respond to the question as posed in the thread title ...

On the roads, trails, greenways, sidewalks (although that is unsually unlawful).
Just like everywhere else in the United States.
