Powder coating in or near Long Beach?

Does anyone know of a powdercoater near Long Beach who has experience with bike frames? I've heard horror stories about coaters who only work on thick automotive steel sandblasting bike frames until they cause problems. I'm looking for someone who knows how to strip paint and rust safely, lay some decals properly, and maybe rust-proof the inside of the tubes while they have the frame apart.

Thanks!
