Inland Empire Off-Road

So, I'm over in Fontana and am looking for a cool, easy, trail ride to take that's not too far from me. I don't want to get all bust a move MTB jumping off of stuff downhill at 70mph woah like totally rad, bro. Just an off-road trail, maybe 15-20 mi out-and-back or a loop, rolling maybe... and preferably with some cool stuff to look at.

Any suggestions in the area?

Are you familiar with the trails in Marshall Canyon and Claremont Wilderness. If you want a bit more climbing there are some fire roads off of Lytle Creek. I am located in north Fontana

I've hiked Claremont Wilderness loop, and I wanted to start out on something flatter. The fire roads, I think I know, since I climb Donkey Road>Lytle Creek on my road bike on the regular. The fire roads are the ones that are right at the base of Donkey Road before it starts winding, by that one house... right? Where does one park for those?

Yes I would just park at the park by the fire station.

Google Maps/Earth shows its a bunch of random roads. Is there a specific trail to take or is it more of just an "open world", ride wherever you feel kind of thing?

This road goes all the way up but eventually you have to turn around. There is also some stuff across the road which I have never done. https://www.strava.com/activities/222447481
There is a pump track under the freeway in the wash by the gas stations as well

Marshall Canyon is great. Nothing too crazy technical or scary. Also check out Bonelli Park in San Dimas.
