i've got an 11/23 on my PT wheel with standard crank. excellent for training up the palos verdes hill. it doesn't take long before your lungs and legs are used to it. :)

I purchased a new chain and Cassette today, it's 11-34... Hills, Bah, what hills!!!

edit-Got some fork seals, oil, and a new headset today.

SRAM PC991 Hollow Pin chain, Shimano XT Cassette.

After breaking 2 shimano chains, I only replace with SRAM chains.
