Here's a comparison picture of all the unsprung brooks-es.

Brooks saddles for size/shape comparison
top row (L-R): Swift, B-17 Narrow, Colt; 150mm width

middle row (L-R): Team Pro, Pro; 160mm width

bottom: B-17; 170mm width

Weird..I thought B17's had smaller rivets. Pic says otherwise.

Mine looks like the Team Pro in black...big rivets...but maybe not as narrow...
I will take a pix when I get home and post it...

a brooks makes any bike look that much harder...simply because it doesnt look like it belongs! a truly wonderful addition! talk to to bill at wallington for suggestions, hes a good guy! he answered my questions even though i had already bought my swift from my LBS!!

I'm offering to buy LowCel's Spinergy Stealth PBO's. Yes, I know that I don't need them. But they're so cool, and I wouldn't mind another toy.

They're Campy hubs, dontcha know...don't you have DuraAce?

I rode with a guy who had these and decided to coast every chance he got. NOISY PAWLS!!! I know that noisy pawls are blingtastic, like a huge exhaust on a Civic, but wow...those were loud.

That's a nice saddle, Herb. I was/am interested in 'Pre-Softened'...'cause I'm not sure what Brooks does to pre-soften them.

If I remember correctly, the difference between the Team Pro and the Pro is that the Pro has bag loops on the back and the Team Pro doesn't.

Don't get me wrong, I love the looks and comments from other riders, and I love how my bootay feels when on it.

But, at times, I feel like a modern day NFL player who wears an old leather helmet.

This one does not have bag loops...I checked that last night...and it was in poor condition when I got it...dirty and stained, some slight leather cracking...I have been working on cleaning amd conditioning it....I think its coming along...
I have nothing to compare it to, but it does seem a bit "soft"...it certainly seems comfy on my trainer...I am going to trim the sides and hopefully have it read to go on my roadie for this weekend...

I know. He's agreed to change the hub for mechanically disinclined me in a mutually agreeable deal.

Oh, and I can't imagine the pawls being any louder than the ones on my Rolf Prima's. You had no trouble hearing me coast up to you on the Pie Ride, right?

Wow, everyone's getting new wheels. I've been trying to decided between one at Trek (Race X-lite), a custom one, or learn to build my own.

I'm going to take advantage of the Performance double points (and 10% off BF coupon) to pick up a new floor pump. I would like to keep the cost down, so was thinking one of the $29 models here:

https://www.performancebike.com/shop/...tegory_id=4360

Any tips?
