At no point did I try to discount other peoples achievements. I was suggesting that if you do a 100mile ride with 5 rest stops why not make your next challenge to be to do a 100 mile ride with 3 rest stops and then 2 and then 1 etc??? rather than run off looking for doubles and triples etc

As for Robbie not being able to handle 160kms on his bike with 2 bottles....please....i had 2 750ml bottles this morning and completed 104kms and had half a bottle of gatorade left and felt fine at the finish...if i added my 1.5ltr camelbak im quite sure that plus my 2 bottles would be adequate on a 100mile ride. I will find out next weekend

So can someone answer my question please: WHERE do you draw the line....because at some point 'x' amount of time between two portions of a century ride would surely invalidate it being a 'century' ride.

You cant hide behind this idea of 'oh a century is whatever you want it to be and its all personal' thats rubbish. These things should be formalised!!!!

If you read the thread (suprise suprise) the only disrespectful sexual inuendo came from YOU directed at me. I dont appreciate your comments about my physical appearance in any way shape or form.

I am a person interested in riding bikes NOT a pair of legs or anyother body part for you to pass comment on.
