We can start a podcast

If anybody was interested.
Mods from each subforum could report if people got new bikes, or if somebody died, or if somebody got totally wasted and took a road bike on fullerton loop (A good example is my uncle)...
So, whaddaya thinks?

Max, a podcast requires a iPod.
And Ya know, THEY SUCK.
Along with their DRM they stick you with,
I lost over 1000 songs with iTunes, and will never, ever
again in my life use any itunes, ipod or otherwise product.
Maybe an apple computer, but not their POS music system.

So, is that serious enough for you?

I second all of those.

My understanding is that it could be done so that it doesn't require an iPod or the overly chatty (network traffic wise) and wasteful iTunes. Just don't come looking to me for content.

Drew, an iPod is something that the majority of people have adapted as MP3 players.
I'm sorry if you don't know how to transfer songs from your iTunes to your iPod.

And now you do not even require and iPod, just iTunes. So unless you're really that lazy (or dysfunctional), listening to a podcast should be the easiest thing in the world.

For what it's worth, the comments about podcasting requiring an iPod -- or even iTunes -- are all sorts of false. I refer you to https://www.podcastingnews.com/topics..._Software.html

While I'm kinda "eh" about the podcasting idea, and I think ovoleg is acting like a 'tard in this thread, I just thought I'd point that out.

iTunes and iPod have the worst un-userfriendly software I have ever seen in my whole life. It takes forever to get the software going then moving it around in iTunes(hella system resources).

quite frankly I think the only reason the iPod is so successful is because it is very popular. Their service is horrible too...

I have an iPod but thats only because it was given to me as a gift... 4g nano, I'm just too stingy to go and buy a regular MP3 player(where you can just click and drag songs into the hard drive instead of the ******** itunes software).

Didn't Yogi Berra have a similar quote, something like, "Nobody goes there anymore; it's too crowded."

yeah if your a moron!!! well i guess you qualify for that. My 4 year old niece knows how to add songs to iTunes and put them on the iPod and she doesn't lose any music in the process. People who hate iTunes are usually the windows type of people who don't know dick about mac products and they tend to over think the process. Well OVO clearly under thinks it....
