I would like to go to the beach this summer. I suppose it might look odd to show up in road kit but the alternative might be worse.

I'm kind of bummed that my new bibs are a tad shorter than my all my previous ones... my crisp thigh line is now more of a half-inch transition. I'm digging the glove hands.

My arms and legs are like that too. The finger tans are starting to develop, but they're not as noticable.

It's funny when people look at my hands and ask "what do you do for a living?" Then they look at my forehead and say "are you feeling ok?" As there are 4 tan spots on my forehead that look like, I don't know, one person even said I looked like an AIDS patient

Yeah, my wife thinks my tan is funny too. "Why don't you mow the grass without a shirt on to even it out?" she asks.
"What?" I reply, "And ruin my perfect cyclists tan!"

Just as an observation, but Jef Mallett worships at the altar of Bill Watterson...except for the ironic racism, that gag has been done a few times on Calvin and Hobbes.
