Who is at the party?
Why do some of your BFers remain hidden when you log on?
I like to see who is logged in at any given time - I feel like I'm walking into a party and looking around to see who has shown up. Instead, some of you are hiding in the bathroom or kitchen and I don't know you're there until the spinach dip goes missing. (thomson, you don't count. If my name is the only one listed at 3am and the bottom says "Currently Active Users: 2 / 1 member and 0 guests" I know you're there)
Does it embarrass you to spend so much time here? If you want to deal with your addiction, you know you have to get past the denial stage. Show yourselves!

You're funny
I have 4 laptops spread through the house that are always connected to the Internet. I never bother logging out of stuff so it is likely that it shows me logged on to bike forums 24 hours a day when I am really only active with it maybe 22-23 hours <grin>
The real reason is if it were to show me active when I really have left for a ride or something and someone sent me a message, I think it would be rude that I didn't respond.
And, yes, it was me that stole the spinach dip

When I'm on here, I'm my imaginary self, "Lucious Lola Leather Hips" and that name was too long for a handle. It would have been Luciouslolalea. Out of protest, I hide my boring Merider1 handle. It would just put a damper on how I see myself in my head and thus cramp my style on here. If you see me posting, I'm at the party. And let's face it, I post a tiny bit more than others do on here so you always know when I'm on.

It shows me signed in...
And I am only occasionally embarrassed.... You can't see me can you??? ( good , no reason for embarrassment today )
However, sometimes I sign in, and leave w/o logging off my computer,...
so am I here, or just a figment of my imagination...???
