Orbea Onix TDF vs. TDE

I'm hoping someone can give me their opinions between the two.
I initially interested on the TDF but it seems like all LBS/manufacture are out of stock.
I found one place that have a 54cm but it is TDE. I wonder if anyone can give me some suggestions between the two on their comp. and $$ value based on the its part.

Perhaps, is it worth the wait until the 08' arrive?

Thanks

Isn't the only difference between the two the groupsets?

Edit: And wheels. On face value, the Ultegra-equipped TDF looks like a better deal than the Rival TDE, but things like wheels are swappable, so it really boils down to which you prefer.

That's up to you, I guess. Have you tried Rival to make sure you don't like it?

As for waiting for the 08 models, how badly do you want to ride now? Do you already have a bike to help you wait it out?

If you're in no rush, you could just wait if you really really want the TDF. Of course, make sure you actually like the 08 model.
