5:30am Sat (10/20) from Pasadena anyone?

If anyone is interested, I think I'm going to do a 3 hour ride from Pasadena at 5:30/6:00am tomorrow. The purpose is actually to test the conditions and timing for a possible commute to work, but anyone else would enjoy the commute as it includes La Tuna Canyon.

The route will start at my house near Lake and Washington, up Lake to Woodbury to Foothill, then down La Tuna to Glenoaks to Sheldon, then back the way we came. You'll want blinkie lights for the early hours. Pace isn't important as long as I'm home by 9:45 to get ready for Grandma's b-day party. PM me if you want to join (ME, I know you like rides at the crack of dawn).

I don't think I can make the ride but I can make grandma's birthday party. Will there be cake?

Sounds like a great ride, but not sure if I can make it that early.

And booze! I see nobody's available even though I gave such an early notice I'll still be going, and hopefully it will inspire me to be car free 2 days a week!

Wow, I've been missing out. Montrose is so serene and beautiful at 6am. This definitely motivated me to try commuting to work at least once a week.
