Ran into zzzwill tonight

My wife took me to a presentation on prefab living space (we're thinking of buying a modular house in the future) and the guy answering the technical questions of the product looks familiar, but so do about 4 other people in the room and I figure they are all just people I have seen at my wife's functions before. Then, after the presentation, that guy comes over and says hi to me and not my wife! I didn't realize it was him without the helmet and bike (and spandex, as my wife pointed out).

Hope your thumb heals quickly. It makes me more confident that I would have to pay the $2000 to have the company assemble it for me. I hurt myself changing the cables on my bike!

We haven't seen Will lately on club rides, has he been riding?
Did they give you a price range for those houses? I have thought about that before, some of them are nice.

yep, i've been riding. it hard to get the wife out on the tandem as she's been working six or seven days a week so i haven't been coming out on sundays much.

our smallest unit the kitHAUS k3 unit starts at around $29,000. it's 117 square feet (13'x9' exterior dimensions) and meant as a backyard studio or office.

Yeah, the units in last night's presentation weren't meant to be an entire house and Will explained the hurdles and logistics of it to us. Who knows, maybe Kithaus will be making modular or kit houses by the time we're ready to buy. If not, I would still love to have a seperate studio in the future, as a musician (trumpet) is best removed from the rest of the family by at least 2 walls.
