Congrats to the Triple Crown Winners

The 2007 Winners page at

https://www.caltriplecrown.org/2007/2...n2=All&ClubID=

Interesting to note that 555 riders completed the triple crown this year, and of those, 243 were first time triple crown winners. That's almost 50%. Anyways, I do want to thank the BF triple crown winners, and I do have to thank specifically SoCal BF, for motivating me, and you guys helped me train, and complete the triple crown.

Ok, let's see how fast we can derail this thread now ...

Good for you!!! Congrats!!!

Not to derail your thread, since this is along the same lines...

Congratulations to the BF riders who also completed the Planet Ultra GRAND SLAM. For those who don't know, that's at least four Planet Ultra ultra events in one year. (So you earn the Grand Slam AND the Triple Crown!)

The list is here: https://www.planetultra.com/GrandSlam...Finishers.html

Awesome job, everyone!!!

Thanks, Deb. I wouldn't call it a derail ... just a slight diversion. I echo your sentiment, congrats to all the did the Grand Slam, as well as the Triple Crown. While we are at it, congrats to those that completed the KOM.

And while we're at it, thanks to Chuck Bramwell, Frank Neil and Charlie Irwin for all their work in keeping the CAL Triple Crown going!

and a big thanks to the CTC arm warmers, 'cause they keep me nice and warm on every cold ride!

They also look good with every kit I own... including the blue Grand Slam gear (which always gets comments during a ride)

I have yet to order a jersey. But maybe I'll get the arm warmers instead.
