I'll be out shopping with my 4 sisters; a few hours of head banging girls shopping spree and horrible mall traffic jams. You decide if that's better or worse.

I'm at work. First day back since the 19th. Man, I wish I could work 2-3 days a week instead of 5. I like my job, just don't like the idea of coming to work everyday.......

If they are good looking, then I'd opt for shopping

I LOVE working at a school! However, I did need to swap out some backup tapes and move a couple of items in our server room the other day. So, I rode to work, spent ten minutes there and then rode home....two hours of riding and 10 minutes of work!

Opening day at the track!

We are going to check it out next week. My wife and daughter have never been to the races.

change of plans. YAY! My wife said she'll go to Santa Barbara and rent a tandem today! She's off until the 3rd.

Students are off 'til the 6th. Yay!

...or not, since I have to cook and clean the house for my younger siblings. They get tiresome after a while. ^^;

I wish I were working or at least in LA. I so despise coming up to see my aunt and uncle (no, these are not the ones that gave me $$ for the handbag, but another set who have no children to torture, so I'm it and I feel out of guilt as if I have to come see them). It takes six hours of driving to get here and then the two of them fight like little children the entire time and my aunt bosses me around, follows me around, micro-manages every ****ing second of my time, opinions, choices in food, when to walk, shower, etc. I'm literally in the guest bedroom now with the door closed on here because both of them are watching two separate televisions downstairs while on their computers and if I go down there I will be told to sit and watch whatever crap their watching and criticized for the way I sit, talk and breath. This is the only peace and quiet I can find.

Sigh. At least I can drink myself silly tonight as I'm not having to drive!

You're so sweet, George. Nah...it's less serious business than my inability to be an adult in my life...truly an adult. I'm always wanting to please. Sad thing is, I end up losing my temper and hurting my aunt's feelings. I've already snapped pretty harshly at her that I'm going home first thing in the morning. If she had it her way, I'd call my boss and say I'm sick so that I could stay another day and leave here on Friday. I'd rather chew on tinfoil all day Friday than be here!

Forgive me as I'm just steaming...
