my new race rig

So I'm not worrying about crashing my Bianchi during races. Taking delivery tomorrow night, nothing too special. I'm trading straight up my Giant full suspension that I hardly ride for this

Performance brand Tirreno razza 2.0 with 105 groupo minus cheap cranks. Alum with CF stays and CF seat post and huge freaking saddle. Size is a 56cm with lots of spacers. The guys claims to have hardly riden it, sold his MTB then moved, got a roadie and it sat there.

Not a bad looking bike. Does this mean you will be mtb-less?

Right on. I will definitely be doing a few that jenson is always at: Mt Sac, maybe Bonelli, Southridge. Maybe I could make it down there for one.

I only have the SS DJ and the Trailbike now, so I'm not sure what I would race on-but it sounds fun!

thanks, could aways swap the parts over to another frameset or even a CX setup in the future. I think this saddle will almost weigh as much as your Brooke but look only 5% as good LOL

Hi Jeff,

Nice!

The front triangle looks suspiciously similar to my Quattro Assi:

BTW, the frame is for sale -- 54 cm -- cheap.

well I got the bike, it's a size 58 so bigger then I would have liked, same size as my old bike. Has 105 groupo but 9 speed Doesn't matter too much i guess since I'll put a 11-23 gearing on the back. Its a bit heavier then my Bianchi, came with a 130mm stem Swapped the stem over to the Bianchi and put the 115stem on the beater bike. I dropped the spacers down to a single 1/8" spacer so I have to cut the remaining 2" off the rest of the steer tube. Looks like missile on top of the stem or something not of this world. I ditched the heavy red saddle and installed the one I had on my Felt for now.

Current plans is to have it my race bike then change the frameset out for something later, maybe a CX frame The guy was pretty happy with the bike he got, he's about an inch taller then me so it should fit him well.

found out the cassatte is 12-23 with 72.5 cranks. Should make climbs a lil interesting. I'm gonna take it out after the game. I can't find my steer tube cutter though.........
