Wildflower Mountain Bike Ride - Limestone

Just wanted to give everyone a head's up - because of the awesome bloom period going on right now, the Irvine Ranch Conservancy has added some wildflower hikes and a MTB ride to their March schedule. The MTB ride is scheduled for March 22 and the leader is John Ganahl. Because the Canyon is closed right now due to raptor nesting, the ride will go along the ridges. This means you need to be a strong adv. beginner/intermediate, advanced rider. Check the website, under activities for more information.

Here are some photos I took Sunday along Limestone Ridge:

Private docent led mountain bike rides through Limestone Canyon. Go to and register today! Also available: hikes, equestrian rides and family events as well as trail maintenance and science study.
