Weather - cold....
Was it this cold last year at this time? It just seems like it has been cool lately. Not really cold but just cooler then the last couple of years. Am I right or just hoping for summer weather a little too soon?

I think this isn't that far fetched. CA weather has been unpredictable for the 17 years I've lived here and never seems the same from year to year. We really don't have seasons and you can get this windy cold weather now and a 100 degree heat wave in December. There really is no rhyme or reason....

The two coldest rides I remember from last year were in the Spring. The first hour of the Mulholland Challenge -- my fingers nearly froze off. And the last hour of Breathless Agony -- it took me hours to warm up after that long descent.

It was 38 when I left the house this morning, those temperatures are usually reserved for January.
