Tour de Cure San Diego anyone?
Is anyone planning or participating? I'm signed up to do the 30 mile route on my SS, probably riding it fixed. Should be fun. I was thinking if anyone else is doing we could at least all have a pre-ride coffee chug. I hear it's free from It's a Grind, so it's damn fine joe. Or if you just feel like being a good sport and kicking down a donation my way, pm me and I'll give you my link.

Hi robertkat, I'm doing the century for the Tour de Cure.
I'm surprised the Tour hasn't been discussed much in the SoCal forum.

I am doing the Long Beach one. Its for a great cause. My grandmother has diabetes so I am doing this for her. Its a good way to get relatives to fork over donations.

I'm doing it, I was planning on doing the 72 mile ride but crashed this weekend, so I think i might have to switch to the 35 mile ride instead. Definitely up for some good coffee though.

I'm doing the century, its my first one so I'm a bit nervous. If anyone here is doing the century I'd be really really stoked to ride with them because right now I'm doing it solo and figure since im going to do a 15ish mph pace probably its going to get lonely realllll quick haha.

Well, not alot of action for the ride, personally i dont think it was a smart idea to have it the same day as the Rosarito Ensenada ride. Looks like a little over 300 people are going to be there, it would be nice to meet some people from BF, so.... look for a guy with road rash and a Scott if you want to say hi!
