The 'I Wish I Still Looked Like This' Picpost (X post)
I think back to when we were young. If we had only gotten into cycling then. Would have been so much easier, maybe! Of course there were the kids to take care of, family stuff getting in the way. But if only we had gotten into riding back then. Gina might have whipped out a few centuries, no sweat! I might have taken an hour off my climbing ride times. Oh how I wish!
Hmmm, maybe looking at a few pics will spark my desire to train again!
Gina, 20 years go at age 25. Thought she had fat legs, I don't think so! At about 125 lbs, climbing material!
Me, 17 years ago at age 28 (200 lbs). Played everything but cycling. The hills would have been so much easier, I just know it! Of course, I thought I was fat back then too. Pfft, don't ask for today's topless pics!

Fortunately, I've maintained well enough over the years. I have no kids which helps too.

Fine I'll play. Me, about 160, 12% body fat, 5'4. In a skirt. Inebriated.
Now I'm about 160 but more like 25% bf. It's disappointing. Goal for the winter is to lose 10-15 lbs.
Cheers
Rob

There are a few distinguished posers already signed up but having a BF celebrity like Mr. Beanz will only make things better. So get your whiny arse down to San Diego on Oct 19 and get that body of yours back to where it was 17 years ago.
Just for the record - I don't have a "before" and "after" photos. You've seen this one (some 18 years ago).
I can still wear the same jeans, just that I can't drink that much beer anymore.

Well Jimmy, you look like a high jumper in the pic. I bet back then, no more than 52 leaps would have you at Baldy Village!
That's one hairy face UMD! Been 45 years and I'm still waiting for a third hair on my chain. But I bet I can double that tan in 30 minutes!

I don't know the area either. I believe there are two hills - Cabrillo Monument and Mt. Soledad, but I don't know how hard are they. Efficiency is the ride organizer, you might want to PM him with any questions. You shouldn't worry too much about the hills - posing is the hard part.

I think it's mainly PCH'ish flat/slight rollers with a Newport Coast and 1 or 2 Ridge Park's spread over the ride of ~50 miles.
