Pasadena area group/ club rides?
I'm looking for groups or clubs to ride with around Pasadena. I'm not up to keeping with racers. I can maintain 16-18 mph for 30 miles or so. Willing to drive for others, but would like something close to home. (I live in Alhambra).
Thanks

You could also try https://foothillcycle.org.
I'm not sure what you are looking for in a group ride. The foothill club is mostly fitness-type riders...some slow, some faster, some old, some young. Nobody is trying to win any races, but the moderate rides are with some pace and range from 30 to 50 miles with a short coffee/bakery stop somewhere in the middle of the ride.

There is also a "raccoon" ride, that happens on Thursday(meet at gold line a la mission station) and also on Sunday, at the Carl's Jr. on Colorado close to PCC. There are a lot of singlespeed and fixed riders, cause the ride is rallied through "lafixed.com" but they welcome everyone. Thirty mile rides, low to mid twenties pace.
