Tad late posting but....... that was a smashing day. Temp was perfect for a long climb. Terry had a spill coming down from the lifts. Couple of stitches. He is o.k. Great meeting you Beanz. Thanks Herb. Fun riding w/ all. When is the next one??? p.s. the fries at Newcombs are far better.

i will be riding the first 8 to 10 miles up gmr tomorrow. i plan on being at the dirt lot at around 7:45am to start at 8am. it is my first ride up, so maybe i will see some of you on the ride. later......

1 hour the the shack, then 20 back down. im glad i went early, there were a few groups of 2 or 3 going up or down, but as i was leaving the dirt lot a herd of about 150 to200 went by. i only got passed by 2 bikes going up, and no one on the trip back. that is a nice 1000 kcal burner avg hrt rt was 140 on the up trip.
