I resumed homebrewing beer after a ten-month hiatus, so I've been doing a lot of 12, 16, and 22-oz curls. That's been my rainy season training.

I ate a pint of Ben and Jerrys Americone Dream tonight due to my failed attempts at racing this weekend. It was delicious.

Not familiar with that flavro but I'm thinking it has pieces of cone in it? Knott's used to put out an icecream at the local markets "Blueberry wafflecone" YUM! Sometimes Stater Bors will have a version of their own. MMmm! You know what! It just may be time for some crosstraining!

Sorry to hear about the failed attmept but ice cream does have a way of cheering one up!

She could have suggested a mirror.

I broke the training plan and did a ride in the rain on Friday. 1 hour on the bike, 2 hours cleaning and lubing it afterwards.
