Rides in Burbank area this weekend and early next week

Hi , I am regularly visiting Burbank and am a keen cyclist from the UK, I am going to be bringing my race bike along this weekend arriving Saturday and leaving middle of next week and was wondering if there are any early morning training rides to hook up with? Jonny

You can check out PAA's Tough Love ride on Sunday. The flats are a little slow but the hills you can hammer and regroup.
You will not be the fastest rider on that one.

Better Yet you can race the USAC upgrade races on Sunday, those should be plenty fast.

Good Luck!

START:
S. Pasadena Trader Joes (Mission & Grand) 8:00am or Rose Bowl Aquatics Center at @ 8:15.
DISTANCE:
38 miles
DIFFICULTY:
Medium (with hills)

They will try and keep a leash on the flats but the climbs are wide open

Hi There< just wanted to say thanks for the group for letting me ride with them yesterday I downloaded the ride from mapmyride and rode it at 0630h and then hooked up with the group at the Rose Bowl and rode to the top of La Tuna canyon before heading back to the Holiday Inn. For anyone who was out I rode a white yellow GT with Black/Red jersey and shorts, I hope I can hook up again some time. Thanks again for the information and help> Jonny

If I'm joining this ride for the first time how do I know which spot they will be meeting for that particular Sunday?

They always meet at Trader Joes in South Pas. Actually right across the street. Then they roll to the bowl.
