Fun Summer Bike Ride!

Join the West San Gabriel Valley Bicycle Coalition, Rx for Health and Rails-to-Trails for a fun bike ride down the Emerald Necklace in El Monte.
Ride is for EVERYONE, all ages and BEGINNERS welcome! Helmet a must.
Prizes and giveaways for ride participants. For information on the ride, call Alice Strong at 626-444-3996.

Lashbrook park is a 1.8 acre park which extends approximately 1,100 feet from Rosemead Blvd. along the south bank of the Rio Hondo river
to the corner of Lashbrook and Brockway Avenue. The Park includes multi-purpose trails, native plants and trees, picnic areas and more

I rode the north Rio Hondo trail (north of Valley), and it's open again. Surprisingly, I didn't see evidence of any work done.
